Global Competition Review (GCR) names ZIPPRO MEIJER CITTEUR as one of the seven recommended plaintiff litigation firms in the EU

We are very honored to be named as one of the seven recommended plaintiff litigation firms in the EU in a publication of Global Competition Review about the EU claimant’s competition bar:

“A small yet significant player, the boutique firm ZIPPRO MEIJER stands out with its unique focus on plaintiff  litigation in the Netherlands. Comprising managing partners Erik-Jan Zippro and Rogier Meijer, along with partner Juliette Citteur and a single paralegal, the firm nonetheless boasts a client roster one would expect to see at a much larger firm. The firm is often referred significant cases that are ongoing in other jurisdictions, and represents the likes of Deutsche Bahn in a collective damages claim against a pre-stressed steel cartel; two cases fighting the Dutch Financial Markets Authority for unfair commercial practices claims; and two packaging companies in courts in the Netherlands and Israel. The firm also cooperates with Hausfeld on a regular basis, most notably in the current truck cartel follow-on damages case. With plans to hire in the immediate future, the small Dutch player is one to watch.”
