Last month Global Competition Review released its Global 100 rankings and named ZIPPRO MEIJER as the only recommended Dutch law firm in its EU claimants bar category.
The publication says,
“As European Union member states implement the damages directive, some law firms stand out above the rest in their pursuit of pay-offs.”
“A small yet significant player, the boutique firm ZIPPRO MEIJER stands out with its unique focus on plaintiff litigation in the Netherlands. Comprised of managing partners Erik-Jan Zippro and Rogier Meijer, along with partner Juliette Citteur and a single paralegal, the firm boasts a client roster one would expect to see at a much larger firm. The firm is often referred significant cases that are ongoing in other jurisdictions, and represents the likes of Deutsche Bahn in a damages claim against a pre-stressing steel cartel; and two packaging companies in courts in the Netherlands and Israel. The firm also cooperates with Hausfeld on a regular basis, most notably in the current truck cartel follow-on damages case. With plans to hire in the immediate future, the small Dutch player is one to watch.”
