Hausfeld shortlisted in litigation boutique firm of the year category at The Lawyer awards 2024
The Lawyer 2024 elected Hausfeld as one of the finalists in the ‘Litigation Boutique Firm of the Year’ category.
The judges were impressed with our focus on remaining the undisputed leader of group litigation; on continuing to bring groundbreaking competition litigation and on distinguishing ourselves from the traditional plaintiff firms by continuing to grow our commercial disputes work in addition to referral work from other law firms when they have conflicts, as well as our international arbitration work.
Promoting corporate accountability by taking on big defendants with deep pockets, including Big Tech; bringing precedent-setting cases and industry firsts; doing the social justice work; contributing to key litigation through high-profile interventions - mostly pro bono - and continuing our work with NGOs, charities, MPs, influencers, policy makers, are all elements which set us aside from other litigation boutiques.
